Product intelligence · Plan comparison

How does this plan compare with its competitors in this county?

Pick a plan year, county and plan. The comparison sets it against the largest competitors of the same product type in that county, benchmarks every benefit against the county cohort, and shows the CMS source of each number.

Scope. Benefits available from currently normalized CMS source data: plan years 2025, 2026 and 2027 (2027 from CMS PBP Benefits 2027 and the CY2027 Landscape), every individual-market Medicare Advantage and SNP plan (employer-only plans and PACE excluded). Plan year 2027 lists the plans in the CY2027 Landscape with their premium and in-network MOOP from the Landscape and every other benefit from CMS PBP Benefits 2027. In plan history, a 2026 → 2027 row reads “Not comparable”, with the reason, where the two years were filed differently. Total monthly premium (Part C + D) comes from the CMS Landscape for every state in 2026 and 2027 (2025: Delaware, New York, Pennsylvania and West Virginia only). Plan year 2027 shows the 2027 Star Ratings (CMS, October 8, 2026), contract level; plan years 2026 and 2025 keep their own year’s ratings. 2027 enrollment is not yet released by CMS. County enrollment is the 2026-09 CPSC file (plan year 2026). Not yet in the normalized set: acupuncture, routine chiropractic, worldwide coverage, Part D deductible. County plan counts come from each plan year’s CMS PBP county service-area file. Regional PPOs (contract IDs beginning with R) are filed by MA region rather than by county, so they are not counted per county here; Market 360 and the county pages count plans from the CMS Landscape, which lists them by county, so their counts can be higher by the number of regional PPOs.

Plan comparison

Bold marks the lowest cost or highest allowance among the plans shown. The benchmark column compares the selected plan with the county cohort median; plans without a comparable filed value (missing, coinsurance instead of a copay) are left out and counted separately. Nothing missing is shown as $0.
